Profile : Established in 1898 by Haji Esmail Terai, the parent firm M/s HAJI ESMAIL TERAI (HET) became a family name in traditional African Head Wears. Since then HET has established its firm presence in its chosen field for the last 102 years in the African countries. It has to its credit various exports awards from Indian Silk Export Promotion Council for meritorious export performance. It has established its presence as a household name for its traditional dresses of silk in East Africa and popularly known by its brand ABUKABASH.

With the passing of time and taking advantage of its own intrinsically strong family professionalism in textile dyeing and printing, a firm TERAI EXPORTS was established in the year 1991 for purpose of exporting EXCLUSIVE SILK SCARVES to the west. Specialised set-up for hand block printing from designing stage to final finishing was created with all facilities inhouse.

TERAI EXPORTS is a company that designs and produces scarves for top designers as well as departmental stores and retail chain shops in Europe.
